The boxes in Majolica are made in dozens of different shapes and sizes; from the very small ones (The "Bomboniere") tht are about 2" inches in diameter 'till the very large ones, real museum pieces like centerpieces

THE PEACOCK FEATHERS
The "peacock feathers" pattern is gorgeous when it is painted in the typical round shape, like on the lid of the large box pictured below.
