THE "TOZZETTO" TILE
The "tozzetto" (in English: little very tick tile) is a piece of majolica, about 4" by 4" inches, considered the most typical tile of Umbria; it was used as floor tile and Today it is used for kitchens' backsplashes or as decorative tile to hang on the wall with or without a wood frame.
We decorate the "tozzetto" with hundreds of different patterns; in the photos below you can see only a very small part of them; feel free to contact us for any request.

THE PINK STONE OF ASSISI
Beside the production of the original majolica, we offer also some very special pieces made using the original pink stone of Assisi, the same stone used to build all the churches in Assisi, including the Saint Francis Basilica, the Saint Claire Church, etc.; it is a very rare stone that a local artist still Today engraves by hand with any kind of inscription only fo "I DUE SOLI"; in the photo below you can see the original Franciscan motto "PAX et BONUM" ("PACE e BENE" in Italian, meaning "PEACE and GOOD") but we can realize any inscription.
